The community is so dead! How sad.

Uhmm... Today I got bored and played with my makeup, dunno if I'd call it THAT madrad though. I guess you be the judge.

I also apologize for the lame pictures, I'm using my parents camera, as I left mine at my friend's house. D:

Eyeshadow, lipgloss, pencil eyeliner and blush are MAC.
blinc mascara.
Prestige liquid liner.
Some shitty $4 fake lashes.

This is more of a question about face care products. I have terrible skin. Because my hair is oily, I have these like, permanent blemishes on my temples where my hair would hang and my forehead isn't as bad, but it's still visible. Also, something's up with my pores because if I look close enough in the mirror, it's like, instead of pores, they're these tiny little bumps, much smaller than pimples. Basically I've tried every single product out there, except for Proactiv just cause my face is so sensitive, I'm not sure if that would be too strong.

Does anyone else have the same problem, or have any advice? I've basically had bad skin like this all my life and I just want to try to clear up my face so it is all one tone, not all blotchy and red and blah.

Any help will be credited. Thank you!

So, I've got a question.

Is there anything you can do to make eyeliner last? Or do you have to just keep reapplying it?

What are your favorite brands of eyeliner? Pencil, not liquid. I've had bad experience with liquid and would prefer to keep to eyeliner pencils.

I know this doesnt directly relate to eyeshadow, but since it was on the topic of skincare I figured it wouldn't be too terrible of me to post about.

I'm thinking about trying the Clinique 3 step system and I was wondering what you guys think of it, from your experiences or what you've heard.

Its fairly expensive so I figured Id ask around and whatnot.

[ mood | awake ]

So today I decided that I was going to clean my M.A.C. brush (129). I'm getting quite nervous about it. Both women I had talked to months earlier (one from Chanel, the other from M.A.C.) told me that I needed to clean my brushes under luke warm water with a shampoo thats for color treated hair. Today I went out and bought L'Oreal Vive Pro Color Vibe shampoo for regular hair.

All I'm asking is should I do it or should I wait and get something else? I'm afraid that the shampoo may strip the natural oils in the [brush] hair and the hair will become dry and brittle (since I've never dyed my hair, I'm not so sure about those kinds of shampoos). I know M.A.C. makes a cleaner for $9 and Sephora has brush cleaning pads. Should I just wait and buy one of those tomorrow?

What do you guys use? Am I just being silly?

Thank you in advance! :)

is there any way you can get freckles if you weren't born with them, and don't draw them in?

Acne Products? [25 Aug 2006|01:16am]
Anyone have a great product out there? I'm using Proactiv for the second time in my life and at first (just like the last time I used it) it worked wonders, now... it's barely working.

I've tried every OTC product you could think of. Please don't suggest Neutrogena, Clearasil, Phisoderm, Noxema, OXY etc. I have tried all of these in the past.

Dermatologist is out of the question also. I have no more money for them and plus, my skin likes to bounce back after a while from anything I try. It gets better then back to not so better.

So, suggestions? I'm not afraid to spend a little money.
